If you still decide to return the item, please keep its original appearance, packaging, and contact us within 7 days.

The return of the product can be initiated within 7 days from the moment of delivery to the buyer. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.
A product of proper quality is subject to return only if the following conditions are met: consumer properties are preserved; the appearance of the product is intact; the original and undamaged packaging, including the undamaged logo, is retained; the document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the specified product. Please note that the buyer has no right to refuse a product of proper quality with individually defined properties if the product can only be used by the consumer acquiring it.

The return of the product from the buyer to the seller is carried out by a courier service. Please note that the buyer bears the costs of returning the product via the courier service.
To process a refund to a bank card, you need to: fill out the "Refund Application"; attach a copy of the buyer's passport; attach a document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the specified product, and send the listed documents to: ugolok.design@gmail.com.

The refund for the returned product will be made in the same method as the order was paid. When paying by credit card, cash refund is not possible. When processing a refund to a bank card, the monetary amount will be credited to the buyer's account within 14 business days from the moment of refund processing, depending on the conditions of the bank or payment service.
